Privacy Policy

Effective date: [Insert launch date] Site: aitutorial24.xyz Contact: [email protected]
Before you publish this: this draft is built from standard practice and Stripe's published merchant requirements for a US-based individual seller, but it is not legal advice. A few bracketed fields still need your input (which tools you'll use, exact response windows), and — since you can still sell to EU/UK customers from the US — it's worth a quick review by someone qualified before this goes live, especially the EU checkout-consent note in the Refund section.
01

What we collect

We keep this to what's actually needed to sell you a tutorial and get you paid support. Here's the full list:

CategoryExamplesWhen it's collected
Contact detailsName, email addressWhen you create an account or check out
Payment & billing dataCard details, billing address, transaction historyAt checkout — handled directly by Stripe, not stored on our servers
Order & delivery dataWhich tutorials you purchased, download/access historyAfter a completed purchase
Device & usage dataIP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring siteAutomatically, via cookies and analytics when you browse
Marketing dataEmail address, ad-click source (e.g. Google Ads)If you subscribe to updates or arrive via an ad campaign we run
Support communicationsMessages you send us, attachments you shareWhen you contact [email protected]
02

Why we collect it

  • To fulfil your order — process payment, deliver the tutorial files or access, send your receipt.
  • To run support — respond to questions, handle refund or access requests.
  • To prevent fraud — Stripe and we jointly monitor transactions for suspicious activity before completing a sale.
  • To improve the site — understand which tutorials are popular, which pages people leave without buying, and fix what's broken.
  • To advertise — measure whether ads we run (e.g. on Google) actually lead to a purchase, so we don't waste ad spend on channels that don't work.
  • To send updates — only if you've opted in — new tutorial releases, prompt packs, or offers.
03

Stripe & payment data

All payments on this site are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly, under PCI-DSS security standards that apply to every card payment processor.

We use Stripe for payments, analytics, and other business services. Stripe may collect personal data including via cookies and similar technologies. The personal data Stripe collects may include transactional data and identifying information about devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection, loss prevention, authentication, and analytics related to the performance of its services. Adapted from Stripe's recommended merchant disclosure — stripe.com/privacy

What this means in practice:

  • When you pay, your card details go straight to Stripe's servers — not ours.
  • Stripe shares back with us only what we need to confirm your order: payment status, amount, last 4 digits of the card, and a billing name/email for the receipt.
  • If a payment looks fraudulent, Stripe may block it automatically to protect both you and us.
  • You can read Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
04

Cookies & ad tracking

Because we run paid ads (e.g. Google Ads) to bring visitors to the site, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to measure whether those ads lead to a sale. This may include tools such as Google Analytics and the Google Ads conversion tag.

Essential
Checkout session cookies
Required to keep your cart and login session working. Cannot be disabled without breaking checkout.
Analytics
Site usage tracking
Helps us see which pages and tutorials get visited. Can be blocked via your browser's cookie settings.
Advertising
Ad conversion tracking
Tells us if a Google/Meta ad click turned into a purchase. Opt out via your ad platform's privacy settings.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time — most tutorials and pages will still load, but your cart may not persist between visits.

Who we share data with

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that keep this site running:

06

Data retention

We keep order and payment records for as long as required for accounting/tax purposes (typically 7 years, per standard IRS recordkeeping guidance for the US). Marketing email data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see Section 07.

07

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete your data (subject to what we're legally required to keep for tax/accounting).
  • Withdraw marketing consent / unsubscribe at any time — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Object to certain processing, such as ad-tracking cookies.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected] from the address associated with your order. We'll respond within 30 days, in line with CCPA/CPRA guidance for California residents.

08

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.

09

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data in a meaningful way, we'll update the "Effective date" above and, for significant changes, notify subscribed users by email.

Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

Effective date: [Insert launch date] Site: aitutorial24.xyz Contact: [email protected]
Same reminder as the Privacy tab: this is a solid starting draft, not a substitute for legal review. Digital-product refund rules vary a lot by country — the EU in particular gives buyers a 14-day "right of withdrawal" that has specific carve-outs for digital content, so get that specific clause checked before launch.
01

What you're buying

AITutorial24 sells digital tutorials covering AI prompt-writing and AI tool usage. Every purchase is for digital content delivered electronically — there is no physical product shipped. Depending on the listing, this may be delivered as:

  • A downloadable file (PDF, video, or prompt pack)
  • Access to a hosted page or course area on this site

Exactly what's included is described on each tutorial's own product page before you buy — check that description, not this policy, for what a specific purchase contains.

02

Account & access

Some tutorials may require creating an account to access. You're responsible for keeping your login details private. If you lose access to your purchase, contact support with your order confirmation and we'll help restore it — we don't charge again to re-send something you've already paid for.

03

Pricing & payment

  • All prices are shown in USD and include/exclude tax as noted at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept the card types and payment methods Stripe displays at checkout.
  • Your purchase is only complete once payment is confirmed by Stripe — you'll get an email receipt and access at that point, not before.
  • We may run discounts or bundle pricing; the price shown at checkout is final.
04

Refund policy

Because these are digital products delivered instantly, our default refund window is intentionally narrow — but we'd rather over-explain it here than surprise you at checkout:

SituationRefund eligible?Notes
File won't download / link is brokenYesContact us — we'll fix access or refund if we can't within 48 hours
Duplicate purchase (bought twice by accident)YesFull refund of the duplicate charge
Wrong tutorial purchased by mistakeYes, within [e.g. 24 hours]Only if the content hasn't been downloaded/accessed yet
"I already downloaded it but changed my mind"NoStandard practice for digital content once delivered — see EU note below
Didn't get the results you expected from following itNoWe describe outcomes honestly on the product page; results depend on your own use of the material

EU / UK buyers — your legal withdrawal right

If you're buying from the EU or UK, consumer law normally gives you 14 days to cancel a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can end early only if you explicitly agreed at checkout to start delivery right away and acknowledged you'd lose the withdrawal right by doing so. [You need a real checkout checkbox for this consent — flag to your developer / legal reviewer, this is not optional if you sell to EU customers].

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number. We aim to respond within [e.g. 2 business days]. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

05

License & usage rules

When you buy a tutorial, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning. You may:

  • Download and keep it for personal reference.
  • Use the prompts and techniques taught in your own personal or commercial work.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or re-upload the tutorial content itself elsewhere.
  • Share your account or purchased files with people who haven't bought it.
  • Claim the tutorial content as your own and republish it.
06

Content accuracy

AI tools and their behavior change fast — a prompt technique that works today on a given AI tool may work differently after that tool updates. We do our best to keep tutorials current, but we can't guarantee a technique will keep producing identical results forever, since that depends on third-party AI tools we don't control.

07

Prohibited use

Don't use this site to: attempt fraudulent chargebacks after receiving your content, scrape or bulk-download the site, or use purchased material to build a directly competing tutorial product without meaningfully transforming it. We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke access for clear abuse.

08

Liability limits

Tutorials are educational material, not professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific tutorial. We're not liable for indirect losses arising from how you apply what you learn.

09

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles — except where local consumer-protection law in the buyer's own country gives them rights that can't be overridden (this matters especially for EU/UK buyers, per Section 04).
