What we collect
We keep this to what's actually needed to sell you a tutorial and get you paid support. Here's the full list:
| Category | Examples | When it's collected |
|---|---|---|
| Contact details | Name, email address | When you create an account or check out |
| Payment & billing data | Card details, billing address, transaction history | At checkout — handled directly by Stripe, not stored on our servers |
| Order & delivery data | Which tutorials you purchased, download/access history | After a completed purchase |
| Device & usage data | IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site | Automatically, via cookies and analytics when you browse |
| Marketing data | Email address, ad-click source (e.g. Google Ads) | If you subscribe to updates or arrive via an ad campaign we run |
| Support communications | Messages you send us, attachments you share | When you contact [email protected] |
Why we collect it
- To fulfil your order — process payment, deliver the tutorial files or access, send your receipt.
- To run support — respond to questions, handle refund or access requests.
- To prevent fraud — Stripe and we jointly monitor transactions for suspicious activity before completing a sale.
- To improve the site — understand which tutorials are popular, which pages people leave without buying, and fix what's broken.
- To advertise — measure whether ads we run (e.g. on Google) actually lead to a purchase, so we don't waste ad spend on channels that don't work.
- To send updates — only if you've opted in — new tutorial releases, prompt packs, or offers.
Stripe & payment data
All payments on this site are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly, under PCI-DSS security standards that apply to every card payment processor.
We use Stripe for payments, analytics, and other business services. Stripe may collect personal data including via cookies and similar technologies. The personal data Stripe collects may include transactional data and identifying information about devices that connect to its services. Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection, loss prevention, authentication, and analytics related to the performance of its services. Adapted from Stripe's recommended merchant disclosure — stripe.com/privacy
What this means in practice:
- When you pay, your card details go straight to Stripe's servers — not ours.
- Stripe shares back with us only what we need to confirm your order: payment status, amount, last 4 digits of the card, and a billing name/email for the receipt.
- If a payment looks fraudulent, Stripe may block it automatically to protect both you and us.
- You can read Stripe's own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Cookies & ad tracking
Because we run paid ads (e.g. Google Ads) to bring visitors to the site, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to measure whether those ads lead to a sale. This may include tools such as Google Analytics and the Google Ads conversion tag.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time — most tutorials and pages will still load, but your cart may not persist between visits.
Who we share data with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that keep this site running:
| Who | What they get | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment & billing details | Process your payment securely |
| Hosting provider [e.g. Vercel / Netlify / Hostinger] | Site traffic, IP address | Keep the website online |
| Google Analytics / Google Ads | Device & browsing data (anonymized where possible) | Measure ad performance and site usage |
| Email delivery service [e.g. Mailchimp / Resend] | Email address, name | Send receipts and, if opted in, updates |
| Law enforcement / regulators | Whatever is legally required | Only if compelled by valid legal process |
Data retention
We keep order and payment records for as long as required for accounting/tax purposes (typically 7 years, per standard IRS recordkeeping guidance for the US). Marketing email data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see Section 07.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your data (subject to what we're legally required to keep for tax/accounting).
- Withdraw marketing consent / unsubscribe at any time — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Object to certain processing, such as ad-tracking cookies.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected] from the address associated with your order. We'll respond within 30 days, in line with CCPA/CPRA guidance for California residents.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data in a meaningful way, we'll update the "Effective date" above and, for significant changes, notify subscribed users by email.
